Menu Card Studio

At Menu Card Studio, all products and services are custom-designed and made to order. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom Design Services – No Refund

  • All menu card designs are custom-created based on client inputs
  • Once design work has started, design charges are strictly non-refundable
  • This applies even if the client chooses not to continue with the project after design initiation

2. Printing & Binding Orders – No Cancellation

  • Printing and binding orders begin only after final design approval
  • Once printing has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
  • Any changes requested after approval will be treated as a new order and charged separately

3. Advance Payments

Advance payments are taken to block design and production resources.

Advance amounts are non-refundable once:

  • Design work has started, or
  • Printing approval is given

4. Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases)

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The order is canceled before design work has started, and
  • No design drafts, samples, or concepts have been shared

In such cases:

  • Payment gateway and transaction charges will be deducted
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days

5. Errors & Defects

If there is a printing defect or production error clearly caused by Menu Card Studio:

  • We will reprint the affected items or offer a partial refund at our discretion

Errors caused due to:

  • Client-approved content
  • Spelling, pricing, or menu text provided by the client

are not eligible for refund or reprint.

6. Color Variation Disclaimer

Minor color variations may occur due to:

  • Screen-to-print differences
  • Paper, lamination, or binding materials

Such variations are industry standard and are not considered defects.

7. Courier & Delivery Issues

Menu Card Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners
  • Natural events or operational delays

Damages during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos for review.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Any unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes after design approval or printing may result in:

  • Order cancellation
  • Legal action if required

Customers are encouraged to contact us first to resolve issues amicably.

9. Policy Updates

Menu Card Studio reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
