Menu Card Studio provides:
• Printed menu cards and related products
• Digital menu builder software and hosting services
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Printed Menu Cards
Printed menu cards are customized products, often produced based on the customer's design, content, or specifications.
Because of the customized nature of these products:
• Orders may not be cancelled once production has started
• Refunds may not be available after printing has begun
2. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only if:
• The order has not yet entered production
• Cancellation is requested within a reasonable time after placing the order
Once printing or design work has started, cancellations may not be possible.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide your order details and photographs of the issue
After review, we may offer:
• A replacement product
• A partial refund
• A full refund, depending on the situation
4. Incorrect Order Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order information including:

• Design details

is accurate at the time of placing the order.
Menu Card Studio is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by customers.
5. Digital Menu Builder (SaaS Services)
Menu Card Studio also provides a platform for creating and hosting digital menus.
For digital services:
• Payments for subscriptions or digital services are generally non refundable once activated
• If technical issues prevent access to the service, our support team will work to resolve the issue
Refunds for digital services may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible
• Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider
