Welcome to Menu Card Studio. By accessing or placing an order on menucardstudio.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Offered

Menu Card Studio provides:

• Custom restaurant & café menu card design
• Menu card printing and binding services
• Premium menu card formats (book binding, wire binding, hard cover, leather menus, etc.)

All services are customized as per the client’s requirements.

2. Order Confirmation & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after advance payment is received.

Standard payment terms:

• 50% advance to start the design
• Remaining 50% before printing or dispatch

Prices mentioned on the website or shared via WhatsApp/email are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Design Process & Revisions

Design work begins after receiving:

• Full menu content
• Logo (if applicable)
• Size, binding, and style confirmation

2 minor revisions are included unless stated otherwise. Major changes, content rewrites, or redesign requests may incur additional charges.

4. Design Approval Responsibility

Final designs are shared for approval before printing.

Once the client approves the design:

• Menu Card Studio is not responsible for spelling, pricing, or content errors
• Printing starts only after written or WhatsApp approval

5. Printing & Color Variations

Minor color variations may occur due to:

• Screen-to-print differences
• Printing materials and processes

Such variations are normal and are not considered defects.

6. Delivery & Timelines

Estimated timelines:

• Design: 4–6 working days
• Printing & binding: 3–5 working days after approval

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier service, or unforeseen circumstances. Menu Card Studio is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics.

7. Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Design charges are non-refundable once work has started
• Printing orders cannot be canceled or refunded after print approval
• If cancellation is requested before design work begins, a refund may be considered after deducting transaction charges

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs created by Menu Card Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

After full payment, the client receives usage rights for the approved design. Menu Card Studio reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, or social media unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

9. Client-Provided Content

Clients confirm that all logos, images, text, and brand materials provided are owned or legally usable by them.

Menu Card Studio is not responsible for copyright or trademark issues arising from client-supplied content.

10. Website Usage

Content on this website (text, images, designs) may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

Any misuse of website content may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

Menu Card Studio shall not be liable for:

• Business losses or revenue impact
• Indirect or incidental damages
• Customer dissatisfaction due to personal preferences after approval

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra courts only.

13. Changes to Terms

Menu Card Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
